Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Testdom.io website and all content and services available through the platform (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided under the brand and domain name Testdom.io, and is owned and operated by Solid Code LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service.

This Agreement is between Solid Code LTD and you, or any entity you represent (“you”). You represent that you are authorized to enter this Agreement.

Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload via our support ticket system. You grant us the right to store and process the content only as necessary to provide support services. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and securely.

Usage Limits

You acknowledge that we may impose limits on usage or rate of requests at our sole discretion.

Payments

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay the listed price. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, and we may adjust pricing with notice. Payments are non-refundable.

All prices are in USD and include any applicable VAT.

Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Renewals use the current listed price. You can cancel renewals at any time via your account settings.

Ownership and License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. All intellectual property remains owned by Solid Code LTD.

Responsibilities

• Not to violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not to upload harmful content
• Not to overload or misuse the system
• That OTP email integrations using Microsoft or Google are subject to your explicit authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Privacy

We collect minimal personal data to provide the Service. We use Google Analytics for anonymized usage tracking. Uploaded ticket files are stored securely and temporarily.

When enabling email OTP features, you explicitly authorize limited, read-only access to your mailbox via Microsoft or Google APIs. We only extract OTP codes, which are discarded after use.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All OTP integration tokens and user passwords are encrypted in our database. Passwords are hashed using a secure hashing algorithm and cannot be decrypted.

Service Providers

We work with third-party processors (e.g. Google, Microsoft, email delivery platforms) to deliver our Service. Data is shared only as required to operate features securely.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruption. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Israel.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases on Testdom.io are non-refundable once access to services has been activated. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate charges
• Technical failure on our end that prevented service delivery
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase for unused services

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and a brief explanation. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle unless a specific exception applies.

Taxes

All fees on Testdom.io are inclusive of applicable VAT under Israeli tax law. A valid Israeli tax invoice is automatically issued for every transaction within up to 5 days from the purchase date.

All transactions on Testdom.io are secured and processed via trusted payment providers, including:

• PayPal – All PayPal payments are handled through encrypted connections and buyer protection policies.
• Stripe – PCI-compliant and globally trusted for handling payment data.
